What do I get with the upgrade?

Each upgrade kit includes the following:

• (1) New computer CPU
• (1) New HP Inkjet printer
• (2) Wireless Remote Controls
• (1) Universal Interface Box (UIB)
• (1) new media card
• (1) mounting for CPU & Printer
• (1) Software Upgrade including:
  • Customizeable FotoFunStrip (New)
  • Customizeable Foto Cube (New)
  • Customizeable Portrait Studio (New)
  • Event Manager
  • Graphic Design Tool (GDT) support

What kind of computer is included?

The new computer is a small low-profile CPU with CD burner.

What kind of printer is included?

The new printer is a Hewlett Packard 5400 color inkjet printer.

Can I use my existing keyboard?

Yes. The computer includes a PS-2 keyboard jack.

Why do I need replacement buttons for the control panel?

The current remote control will be replaced with a wireless remote control that the operator will hold in the palm of their hand.

Will my existing camera work?

Yes. Your camera will work the way it always did.

Will my existing video monitor work?

Yes. Your monitor will work the way it always did. However, you may need to make a simple change to the system configuration if your monitor requires PAL video.

Will my existing parallel port media card work?

No - the upgrade requires a new USB-style media card. Because the upgrade will be configured for each individual customer, a new media card will be provided that will be pre-configured with the correct amount of shots remaining on the original parallel port media card.
