What do I get with the upgrade?

Each upgrade kit includes the following:

• (1) New computer CPU with removable hard-drive
• (1) New HP color inkjet printer
• (2) Replacement control panel buttons
• (1) Universal Interface Box (UIB)
• (1) Software Upgrade

What kind of computer is included?

The new computer is custom-manufactured “tower-style” computer CPU with a removable hard drive that will make future upgrades fast and simple.

What kind of printer is included?

• The new printer is a Hewlett Packard 5400 color inkjet printer.
• NOTE: There is an OPTION to purchase a second HP color inkjet printer for an additional cost.

Can I use my existing keyboard?

Yes. The computer includes a PS-2 keyboard jack.

Why do I need replacement buttons for the control panel?

New buttons will be provided so that the buttons on the control panel will match the button shapes shown in the software user interface.

Will my existing camera work?

Yes. Your camera will work the way it always did.

Will my existing video monitor work?

Yes. Your monitor will work the way it always did. However, you may need to make a simple change to the system configuration if your monitor requires PAL video.

Will my existing parallel port media card work?

Yes. Your existing media card will work.
