When using the
Graphic Design Tool,
PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:

After your design is completed, you must give it a unique name and
save it to your GDT account. This unique design name is written to
the design file as it is saved.

When you download the completed design file, DO NOT CHANGE THE
FILENAME ("customgfx") that is presented to you! The design
file served up by the GDT MUST remain named "customgfx" (with no
extension)!! If the name of the downloaded file is changed, your
installation will fail.

When you download the completed "customgfx" design file, YOU MUST
SAVE IT TO THE TOP LEVEL ROOT DIRECTORY! If you save the file to
a folder or to any other location, your installation will fail. |

If using the Firefox browser, MAKE SURE the following setting is
checked:
MENU: Tools/Options/Main/Downloads/"Always ask me where to save
files"
